By accessing or using xueqin.ai (“Service”) operated by Xueqin Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

Codex Xueqin is an AI-powered geopolitical analysis tool. It provides responses based on a vectorized knowledge base derived from the works of Professor Jiang Xueqin.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • One person per account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free Starter plan: 5 conversations/month
  • Pro plan: $29/month, unlimited access
  • Analyst plan: $79/month, premium features
  • Payments processed by LemonSqueezy
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly
  • Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
  • Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee on first payment

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the AI system prompt
  • Share account credentials
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
  • Redistribute AI responses commercially without permission

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, its design, and branding are owned by Xueqin Technologies
  • AI-generated responses are provided for your personal/professional use
  • The underlying knowledge base is derived from Prof. Jiang Xueqin's published works

7. AI Disclaimer

  • Responses are AI-generated and may contain errors
  • The Service does not provide professional, legal, or financial advice
  • Always verify critical information independently
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

  • For EU users: French law applies, disputes resolved in Paris courts
  • For US users: Delaware law applies
  • For all others: French law applies

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
